Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Marianne Rombola ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website, coaching programs, consultations, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Description of Services

Marianne Rombola provides executive coaching, leadership development, and consulting services. Our services include:

• Private coaching sessions and consultations
• Leadership development programs
• Executive recalibration and self mastery guidance
• Group events and executive dinners
• Related educational and support materials

All services are provided on a qualification basis, and acceptance into any program is at our sole discretion.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Services

Important: Our coaching and consulting services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. We do not provide:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Mental health therapy or counseling
• Psychiatric services
• Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately. Our services are designed for personal and professional development, not for treating mental health conditions or medical issues.

Application and Qualification Process

Participation in our programs requires:

• Submission of a complete application
• Qualification review and approval by Marianne Rombola
• Completion of a design call to determine program fit
• Agreement to program terms and investment

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. Not all applicants will be accepted into our programs.

Payment and Investment

Investment options and payment terms will be provided during the design call after application approval. By enrolling in a program, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as agreed upon in your program agreement
• Adhere to the payment schedule specified in your agreement
• Understand that program fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in your program agreement

All investments are for the full program duration as specified. Early termination does not relieve you of payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program Commitment and Participation

Our programs require a significant commitment of time, energy, and engagement. By participating, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and participate actively
• Complete agreed-upon work between sessions
• Communicate honestly and openly
• Respect confidentiality agreements
• Engage with integrity and commitment to your growth

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you fail to meet program commitments or engage in behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with program values.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, coaching sessions, and program participation. You agree to:

• Respect the confidentiality of other program participants
• Not share session content, materials, or other participants' information without permission
• Understand that we will maintain your confidentiality except as required by law

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, methodologies, and intellectual property provided as part of our services are the exclusive property of Marianne Rombola. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission
• Use our methodologies or content to create competing services
• Record sessions without explicit written consent

You retain ownership of any personal insights, notes, or work you create during the program.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The results or outcomes you may achieve
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Any decisions made based on coaching or consultation

Your participation in our programs is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marianne Rombola and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each program and will be detailed in your program agreement. Generally:

• Program fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced
• Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to review
• Any approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees
• Session cancellations require 48 hours notice when possible

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation is unsuccessful
• Binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, if mediation fails

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
